– Vi’s Quiche –

2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells
1/2 – 1 lb bacon, fried until crisp (fat reserved)
2 lbs onions, sliced and caramelized
2 T flour
2 tsp seasoned salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
A couple of dashes of Tobasco sauce

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temp to 375 degrees and bake for 30 more minutes.
